Paris, June 18, 2025 – EGYPTAIR has confirmed a firm order for six additional Airbus A350-900s, increasing its total commitment for the type to 16 aircraft. The announcement was made during the Paris Air Show 2025 and marks a pivotal step in the airline’s long-term fleet modernization and network expansion strategy.
“This deal reinforces our commitment to next-generation aviation and our ambition to offer a more sustainable and comfortable travel experience,” said Captain Ahmed Adel, Chairman and CEO of EGYPTAIR.
This is the second A350 order placed by EGYPTAIR, reflecting its continued trust in Airbus and the aircraft’s performance across long-haul operations. The newly ordered jets will play a key role in supporting rising demand, especially across Europe, North America, and Asia, while reinforcing Cairo’s position as a growing international hub.
