#ParisAirshow2025 – Air Montenegro Adds Third E195 Jet to Fleet and Signs Pool Program Agreement with Embraer

Paris, France – June 19, 2025Air Montenegro is set to strengthen its regional jet operations with the addition of a third Embraer E195, while simultaneously entering into a long-term Pool Program agreement with Embraer to support the airline’s growing E-Jet fleet.

Announced during the Paris Air Show 2025, this strategic move underscores Air Montenegro’s confidence in Embraer’s aircraft and aftermarket capabilities, as well as the airline’s commitment to enhancing connectivity across Southeastern Europe.

Strengthening Fleet and Support Capabilities

With this latest delivery, Air Montenegro continues its transition toward a more efficient, streamlined fleet centered around the E-Jet platform, ideally suited for regional missions with high performance and lower environmental impact.

The Pool Program agreement gives Air Montenegro access to Embraer’s world-class component repair and exchange services, reducing aircraft downtime, stabilizing maintenance costs, and improving overall operational reliability.

“This agreement ensures that we can continue to offer reliable and efficient service as we expand our regional network,” said a spokesperson for Air Montenegro. “The E195 has proven to be an excellent fit for our operational profile, and Embraer’s support structure gives us the confidence to grow further.”

Optimized for Regional Growth

The E195, the largest member of the first-generation E-Jets family, combines excellent range and economics, making it a strong solution for operators looking to serve medium-density markets without compromising on comfort or performance.

Air Montenegro’s growing E-Jet fleet aligns with broader industry trends of upgrading and fleet modernization across Europe’s regional carriers, driven by a need for greater efficiency, reduced emissions, and improved passenger experience.

With this agreement, Air Montenegro joins more than 60 operators worldwide benefiting from Embraer’s Pool Program.
