Embraer Delivers Record Q2 2025 with Strong Growth in Executive Aviation and Historic Backlog

São Paulo, Brazil – August 2025 – Embraer has achieved its best second-quarter performance ever, reporting record revenues, robust aircraft deliveries, and a historic order backlog. The company reaffirmed its 2025 guidance, highlighting continued momentum in both commercial and executive aviation.

Record Revenues and Profitable Growth

Embraer’s 2Q25 revenues reached US$1.819 billion, marking a 22% increase year-over-year and the highest second-quarter result in the company’s history. The Executive Aviation segment stood out with an impressive 64% year-over-year revenue growth, reflecting continued demand in the business jet market.

Adjusted EBIT for the quarter reached US$191.8 million, corresponding to a 10.5% margin, up from 9.3% in the same period last year. The company also highlighted that U.S. tariffs did not have a material impact on its Q2 results.

Aircraft Deliveries Surge by 30%

In 2Q25, Embraer delivered 61 aircraft, representing a 30% increase compared to the 47 deliveries in 2Q24. The breakdown includes:
